What do you mean by "I can't connect Server4's sametime, and I use console to enable / disable Server4's sametime proxy service, I can see the service on/off?" Does the clustered STProxy run, errors in it's SystemOut.log? Did you run through the clustering task? Did you update the virtual host used by both STProxy servers?

More details needed.
